Health is wealth.
While food is essential and makes the body so cosy and comfy..You'd just love to sit by a pool/garden..a drink in one hand with a plate of palatable luxury, and a book in the other hand!
But its important to be healthy and fit.  What you eat needs to be worked out too. And sometimes we just need to also learn to eat right!
